You know how some kids can be when it comes to band-aids. An injury isn't always required to need a band-aid. So the other day we were visiting Heidlebeere when her youngest decided it wouldn't do to get another minute older without a band-aid. And when no one is around to do it for you the answer is to just do it yourself.
Now at Heidlbeere's house, all the first aid supplies are kept up high, to keep them out of reach of children, of course. No matter, this little sweetheart needed a band-aid so that was what she was going to have.
Heidlebeere, however, keeps a pretty close eye on her kids. So, of course, the little mischief maker got caught.
There was some discussion while she explained her situation to her mother.
She must have been pretty convincing because she got her mother's help putting the band-aid on.
Pretty soon she was down from her perch, inspecting her mother's work. I don't know if there was an actual injury there. Sometimes that's not important. But when it was all over and done with, the little sweetheart was pretty happy with how things turned out. And the little imp was on her way, rejoicing.

Haha.... little ones are funny like that. I don't know where he got it, but Moon's taken to asking for kisses when he gets a bump or a scrape (so far he hasn't been introduced to bandaids...)
